Sacred Heart welcomes all new residents. We thank you for calling Sacred Heart your home and hope that you enjoy making your house a home in our community! We hope that the following information can help ease your transition to Sacred Heart . The city provides water and sewer service.  Contact the City Clerk (765-2559) to make arrangements to place billing in your name.  A $100.00 deposit is required from renters.  If your account is over 60 days in arrears, your water will be shut off, and a $25.00 reconnect fee will have to be paid (in addition to bringing your account current) before the water will be turned on.  Water/Sewer bills may be paid by mail, online, at the drop box located outside of the Community Center, or in person at the city office.
